What is the Pillars Club?

A community's growth is a reflection of its leaders . . . of those whose vision transcends the present . . . of those who build the foundation . . . for improving the quality of life now and tomorrow.  The United Way of Garland County Pillars Club invites you to join other leaders who have a concern for our community and the needs of its people.

Every community has its leaders - that special group of people who, without hesitation, accept the challenge and set the pace, making their community a better place to live.

The United Way of Garland County Pillars Club brings together and salutes those concerned community leaders who have made personal contributions of $500 or more.   These members are deeply involved in the welfare of the Garland County community, and they express their concern through the voluntary leadership they provide for others.

There are two defined levels of giving and recognition in the Pillars Club:

Golden Pillar                     $1,000 and up
Silver Pillar                        $500 to $999

The Pillars Club provides a solid foundation and framework for continued growth and caring.  Your generous gifts of financial support and leadership are the key to solving community problems - the real measure of success of the United Way of Garland County.

Your decision to accept this invitation can make a difference today and in the future, by making some of the problems we face in our community a thing of the past.  If you choose to accept this invitation, your name will be published, if you so desire, in the newspaper during campaign.
